Book Your Shipment
Start by filling in your shipment details online: origin, destination, package weight, dimensions, declared value, and preferred delivery speed. Our instant calculator shows you the cost before you commit.
Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a QR code for your package label. You can also schedule a pickup window that suits you.
Package Pickup
A trained courier collects your package from the address you specified during booking. They'll verify the label, seal the package if needed, and provide a pickup receipt.
You receive an immediate notification confirming pickup, and your tracking status updates to "Picked Up." The courier then transports your shipment to our nearest sorting facility.
Sorting Facility
Your package arrives at our automated sorting facility where it's weighed, measured, X-rayed, and assigned to the optimal route. Our warehouse management system processes thousands of packages daily with 99.9% accuracy.
Packages requiring customs declaration are processed by our compliance team before being loaded onto the outbound carrier. All relevant documentation is prepared and verified at this stage.

In Transit
Your shipment is now on the move via the selected freight mode — air, sea, road, or rail. You'll receive status notifications at each major checkpoint along the route.
For international shipments, our customs team proactively communicates with destination customs authorities to ensure a smooth clearance. This stage includes all port-to-port and hub-to-hub movements.
Local Distribution
Upon arrival in the destination country, your package clears customs and enters our local distribution network. A regional courier is assigned and your tracking status updates to "Out for Delivery."
The recipient receives a delivery notification with an estimated time window. In many cities, recipients can also reschedule, redirect to a pickup point, or authorize contactless delivery.
Delivered
Your shipment is delivered to the recipient's address. The courier collects a signature or photo confirmation upon delivery. Both sender and recipient receive instant delivery confirmation.
A Proof of Delivery (POD) document is emailed to the sender. Your tracking history is stored for 12 months, and you can download the full delivery report from your account at any time.
